At Scentuglowol, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our stationery and art supplies. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be in their original, unused condition
Be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Not be personalized or custom-made items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and reason for return
Package the item securely in its original packaging

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Exchanges
